If you buy an Ipod touch from a store besides Apple does it

Im thinking of buying an Ipod touch from say Wal-Mart or Target cause its cheaper but does it come w/ apps like Safari,Weather,E-mail etc...Thank You for your helpful answers

Yeah it will come with all the same standard apps.
