My itouch glitched and now win i get on safari it has a website frozen in the top left corner. I can still use safari but this imafe blocks screen and i cant even close websites

the only solution i can think of is if you brought it to an apple store. i had a problem with my macbook, and i asked about it at an apple store. they were so helpful and even gave me a card to call in case anything else happens!

try force-closing safari. if you have anything below 3.0, open safari and hold down the home button for seven seconds until safari closes itself.

if you have 3.0 or higher, open safari, hold down the sleep/wake button until you get the "slide to turn off", then hold down the home button for seven seconds until safari closes itself.

sleep wake button is the one on the top of the itouch.
home button is the circle with a square that you close apps with.
