I was wondering if i could transfer my Final Cut Express 4 to my friends mac.

I'm not sure what you are asking me exactly. Are you asking whether it is possible to install final cut express on a mac? Or are you asking whether it is legal to share the software with your friend?

For the former, the answer depends on what version of Mac your friend has. The newer ones are based on Intel processors, and they can run many Windows applications without difficulty.

For the latter, I'm not sure what the end-user license agreement for Final Cut says, but it probably prohibits you from sharing the software without express consent of the copyright holder.
