Strongly agree.
Im planning on getting a mac, but im not sure if itll work some of my favorite games like counter-strike, which is and older windows game. Can someone help me with this?Strongly agree.

Macs by default will not be able to run Windows programs.

You can install Windows on the new Intel Macs with BootCamp. Or you can install a virtual machine using CrossOver or VMWare. Search it on Google and you will find out how to do this.

No, Macs will not play Windows only games unless you have a dual boot to windows. You will need to have a valid copy of a windows install disk to make this happen.

many macs nowadays come loaded with apple boot camp
this allows you to install and run BOTH the mac and windows OS, in other words you can boot into XP or vista when you want to play your games, and then when u feel maclike you can just boot it into mac

No. In fact games for Windows 98 won't even work on Windows XP or Vista. I tried it before.

yes it should be able to depending on ure mac's amount of ram and speed. hold down the windows key and press pause-break key to find ure pc system info. then type in the game's name on google and add 'system requirements' after it. Compare it and u will know
