Hi Everyone
I am trying to create a way of creating Customer Relationship management system ( CRM ) using my mac-mail OS 10.6.
My goal is not to re-enter info. The way it works now is
Emails come into my Macmail.
I create a smart mailbox for the customer to keep track of emails received and sent.
I then create a address Book entry .
The problem I am having is scheduling follow-ups . I there a way to use ical/to-do list
to schedule a follow up email.
Or I would be open to a better system
