You can't.

Snow Leopard does not support PPC.

You can't go any higher than Tiger with a G4.

Actually, this is incorrect. Some G4-based Macs are limited to OS X 10.4 (Tiger), but the latter ones can go all the way to OS X 10.5.

However, no G-anything based Macs can run OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard). The G4 processor was an IBM/Motorola processor. Snow Leopard requires an Intel processor.
