you click tht phone button and sey call its actually video chat i do it all the tyme!

Messenger for Mac does not have video chat integration. You'll have to download an alternative MSN client for Mac if you want any sort of video chatting ( my personal preference is aMSN: http://www.amsn-project.net/ )
