Postby jkeating » Tue Oct 13, 2009 3:14 pm

I have a large number of 8mm films I'd like to get on CDs.
Any suggestions.?
Have a relatively new iMac.
Thanks Jack

Have a service do it.

You can do it yourself with a device called a "telecine", which is basically a box that you use to play (project) your video into and a high quality camcorder sticks into the other end and records what is played on the internal screen. But consumer-level telecines aren't very good, they are expensive, and they have more or less disappeared from the market.
